The hall is on the second floor in Abbey Leisure Centre.
Designed to teach flexibility, strength, coordination and body awareness using gymnastics skills while building positive self-esteem in a relaxed, fun, yet challenging atmosphere. We offering classes designed to meet each child on his or her individual level.
